Using Pasal
By accessing or using Pasal, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the marketplace only for lawful purposes.
Buyer and seller relationship
Pasal provides technology that helps buyers and independent sellers connect. Sellers are responsible for products, descriptions, prices, availability, taxes, fulfillment, returns, and legal compliance.
Listings and behavior
Users may not post illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or fraudulent content; misuse another person's information; interfere with the service; or attempt to bypass security controls.
Orders and payments
Prices and fulfillment terms are presented before purchase. Cancellation, return, and refund availability may depend on the seller, payment provider, delivery method, and applicable law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Pasal permission to host, display, and process it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. Upload only content you may legally use.
Service and liability
Pasal is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the conduct, products, or performance of marketplace users.
Updates and termination
We may update the service or these terms and will identify the latest revision date. You may stop using Pasal at any time. We may suspend access when necessary for security, legal compliance, or violations of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
